Two leaves, two roots, one practice.
What we send you is what we'd want on our own counter. Here's the why behind each ingredient — and how to taste the difference between a real ube and a stained sweet potato.
Philippines
The real ube.
Many sellers ship purple sweet potato powder and call it ube. Real ube is light lavender, never dark — and tastes faintly of vanilla and coconut. We source the purple yam at origin, lab-test for color additives, and grind it twice for dispersibility.
Japan
The quiet grade.
Ceremonial matcha is the first harvest, shade-grown, stone-milled. Our AA tier comes from a single co-op in Kagoshima — picked by hand, blade-cut, and ground at 30g per hour so the leaf doesn't oxidise. You'll taste it as umami, not bitterness.
“Ceremony beforecaffeine. Source beforescale.”

Are the brochure prices all inclusive?
Prices listed in our brochure and product cards are base prices. GST and shipping are added at checkout or on your wholesale invoice.
What are your delivery timelines?
If your item is ready in stock at our Nagpur facility, it ships within 48 hours of receiving payment. Custom and packaging orders take 7–10 working days.
Can I get my own branding?
Yes — every product is customisable provided the minimum order quantity is met. Custom matcha whisks start at 100 pieces; custom packaging starts at 500 units.
Will you share a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis is a legal document. To prevent misuse, we share full COAs on orders above 30kg, and abbreviated lab reports for samples and smaller orders.
How do I know your ube is real?
Real ube (Dioscorea alata) is always light lavender — never dark purple. We lab-test every batch for added color and starches; you get the report on request.
